Order Tracking

By using the Nile Connect app, you acknowledge that order information will be tracked and synchronized between your Shopify store and the Nile platform. This tracking is essential for:

• Processing orders from social commerce channels
• Updating order fulfillment status across platforms
• Managing inventory and product synchronization
• Providing real-time order status to your customers

Data Usage

We do not sell any data. Your data is used solely for the purpose of operating the Nile Connect integration with your Shopify store.

The only personal information processed through this app is limited to:

• Order status and fulfillment information
• Order identifiers (Shopify order ID, Nile order ID)
• Product and inventory data

No Opt-Out

There is no opt-out option for order tracking, as this functionality is required for the app to operate. Order synchronization is a core feature of Nile Connect that enables seamless integration between your Shopify store and social commerce channels.

Data Security

All data is transmitted securely using industry-standard encryption protocols. Access to your store data is limited to authorized personnel only and is never shared with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

Shopify Protected Customer Data

This app subscribes to order webhooks that contain protected customer data as defined by Shopify. We have implemented appropriate data protection measures and comply with Shopify's Protected Customer Data requirements.
